Description
Dollarweed is a perennial weed with a creeping growth habit that is most commonly found in wet areas. Dollarweed is often found in coastal areas but can also be found inland in lawns that stay consistently wet due to poor drainage. There are several species that can differ in appearance but a common trait among species is the connection of the petiole to the center of underside of the leaf like an umbrella.
