Description

Wild garlic (Allium vineale L.) and Wild onion (Allium canadense L) are perennial herbs that can be mistaken for grasses due to their narrow linear leaves. They have a distinct garlic/onion odor when crushed. Wild garlic has hollow cylindrical leaves while Wild onion has flat leaves that are not hollow.
